ECM Biosciences offers custom rabbit polyclonal antibody services. We have experience developing antibodies for various applications, such as western blot and immunocytochemistry. We also have expertise developing phospho-specific and function-altering antibodies. Our custom services can be packaged with any of the following:

• Peptide immunogen design and production, including phosphorylated immunogens
• Rabbit immunization and sera collection
• Affinity purifications including isolation of mono-specific antibody populations,
  such as phospho-specific antibodies
• Sera and purified antibody testing to determine specificity and titer in multiple applications*
